HSE Policy

DEEP INDUSTRIES LIMITED is dedicated to prevent incidents, injuries, occupational illness and seeks to reduce the risk of damage to the environment and property by using material, machine and services that are not harmful to human Health, Safety or Environment.

“DIL” will conduct its activities in such a manner so as to:-

	Take into account the Health and Safety of all its employees, contractors, suppliers and third parties who may be affected by its operations.
	Prevent pollution to protect the Environment, to reduce waste and use the natural resources efficiently.
	Operate all equipment and plant in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
	Meet or exceed the requirement of applicable laws, legislations and regulations for performance in Health, Safety and Environment matters.
	Provide training for all staff to permit them to do their work in safe and efficient manner.
	Review policies and procedures on Health, Safety and Environment whenever necessary.
	The Health, Safety and Environment department with the full support of management has the responsibility to implement HSE program throughout organization.

Quality Policy

	Satisfy the customers by understanding their requirements and providing them with world class quality equipment & services for oil & gas field.
	Adherence to rigorous Integrated Management system standards and continual improvement in Work Environment, Health & Safety aspects.
	Provide training to the employees for work improvement and motivation.
	Comply with applicable legal & other statutory requirements with respect to Environment, Health & safety.
	Adopt & implement environment friendly processes, practice and action.
	Ensure safe operation and prevent loss of property.
	Protection of employees, contractual persons and persons living in adjacent area from the foreseeable work hazards.
	Maintain safe and healthy work environment.
	Be always alert and equipped to respond to emergencies and disasters by having an updated emergency response plan and Disaster Management Plan.

The Quality Policy of our company has been communicated at all levels through display in all the relevant places. The policy has also been communicated to external stakeholders by way of displaying it at site in Hindi & English.
