Details of unclaimed amount of dividend lying with the Company

Details of the unclaimed amount of dividend lying with the company for a period of seven (7) years, are provided in the Statements attached in the links given below.

Please note that unclaimed dividend remained for 7 years will be transferred to IEPF (Fund established under section 125(1) of the Companies Act, 2013) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 124(5) of the Companies Act, 2013

Details of unclaimed dividend transferred to IEPF

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 124(5) of the Companies Act, 2013, dividend which remains unpaid or unclaimed for a period of seven years from the date of its transfer to unpaid dividend account is required to be transferred by the Company to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), established by the Central Government under the provisions of Section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Details of Shares transferred to IEPF

Pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 as amended by Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Amendment Rules, 2017, the Company is required to transfer shares in respect of which dividend has not been paid/claimed for 7 (seven) consecutive years or more to the Demat Account of IEPF Authority.

Application to IEPF Authority for claiming unpaid dividend and/or  Shares transferred to IEPF

Any person whose shares and / or unclaimed dividend has been transferred to the Fund, may claim their refund to the IEPF Authority by submitting an online application in Form IEPF-5 available on the website of Investor Education and Protection Fund at http://www.iepf.gov.in/IEPFA/refund.html
